Staff lovely. Location perfect to see concert at Masonic. Wine hour next door and a large breakfast. Great value.

It’s quirky character and great location.
Quite a bit of street noise.

The whole hotel is gorgeous, and the Petite Suite is particularly nice with a private patio area on the hillside and a cozy fireplace. Staff were stellar and went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable!
The breakfast, served two doors down at the White Swan, was quite good (mostly pastries) but not exceptional! I wish they had more warm options

I liked the location and the bed was comfortable
It was quite noisy, not just outside, but also the floor above me made all sorts of noise. The breakfast was nothing special and no parking, which isn’t unusual. Overall, not a good value for the price.
