Location was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable
No bellman on duty, but the valet parking person helped us with our bags to the room. No baggage carts available. Not many people staying at the hotel, minimal restaurant amenities, but the staff was super.

I liked the swimming pool area
The bathrooms are small, the food quality from the restaurant aren't the best quality, have to pay 35$per day for parking, no microwave in the room and the normal king room's balcony view was a bit of a ugly view. This was the worst IHG hotel I've ever visited. Was also charged incorrectly and without consent for 220$... Had a special request to make up the room for my wife's birthday on booking.com....they never got back to me and nothing was done to my room... Will have to wait a week for my incedental refund of 100$ and also the incorrectly charged amount of 220$
