People working the check-in desk were super friendly and accommodating. 10/10
Bartender was awesome. Wish I could remember names because these 3 made the experience great!
Wasn't sure how to get to the rooftop bar. Was really looking forward to it.

It smelled lovely and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. On-Site parking was wonderful in such a congested area of downtown.

Lobby was really nice, restaurant was great, staff was ok in restaurant. Coffee shop was great as was the staff in that particular part. Floors smelled musty for almost 400 dollars, color of walls and carpet was not inviting in the halls. Room was nice, shower was small for the price. Microwave should definitely be in the room. Overall the positive parts didn't justify the price when I consider the rest.
