Loved the ambiance and decor. The bed was very comfortable- I haven’t slept that well in a long time!Also, good location, convenient to streetcar stop and airport bus.
The staff was polite and professional, but needs more training about local transportation information (aside from Uber).

We like the location and the beautiful hotel.
Our room 905 A/C was not working properly. It was 79 and then 80 in the morning we left. We prefer our room cool to at least 72. The coffee pot did not work so I could not make my morning coffee.
