Not worth the price. Don’t fall for the valet scam.

The staff are amazing!

No upkeep, coffee maker and mini fridge both broke during our stay. The TV is cumbersome. To order room service you need to locate the menu in the TV then call the bar to order. The poor staff is overwhelmed. We were told you have to valet the car for $32 a day, later finding out they have free parking for guests. We only used valet for one night but charged for entire stay.

Good and nice room Nice bathroom

No hot water, until i asked for it. Only one soap bar in the barhroom, there should be one in the shower Aldo Hair dryer too slow, Bad quality Light of the bathroom was on and part of The room Whould Lighten

the area the hotel is located in is very sketchy and i did not feel safe walking outside of the building

The room was spacious comfortable Mattress comfy pillows fluffy Bathroom very big only shower would of like a bath since I walk a lot Came for a conference Always hot water My view facing the street..some kind of a club /restaurant.. by 11pm Quiet (on a Sunday night) Walking distance to light district!

To have some fruits available They had a pot of coffee/ hot chocolate Some cookies 1 out of 3 days

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and I could not get the temperature of the room adjusted well.

Nice hotel and the entire staff were exceptionally courteous and extremely helpful.

Breakfast was average.

The hotel bar closed at 10 pm when you still had 6-8 people still drinking.

Overpriced for an overall below average hotel experience.

Lobby looked like hotel from John Wick. Bar was well stocked.

The hotel seemed outdated compared to other high end hotels. No pool. Parking was a nightmare, very tight and hard to find. If you have a truck or suv the parking will be tight. Pillows in the room were way too soft and had no support. Bad water pressure in the shower.

The hotel was just lovely! The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the drinks during happy hour and the breakfast the next day. The location was perfect for our venue. Everything was excellent!

Everything was perfect. The only recommendation would be to have access to a microwave, especially in the suite. We used this room for gathering family and friends for the wedding events, and it would have come in handy.

The more you pay the less you get.

It was clean

We chose to end our vacation at the Ambassador since it was rated as a quality hotel. Our running joke was the more you pay, the less you get. Broken refrigerator. Ice machine 6 floors and a hike away. Billing problems which persist after informing them. Difficulty self-parking. Terrible, weak coffee in the lobby. No microwave in room.
