We loved everything 💜. This is by far the best hotel we've stayed in in Illinois. The room, service and location is prefect. We love it so much we extend an additional night.

The front desk was very helpful and cheerful when checking in/out. The suite we booked looked just like the photos, and the lobby was very comfortable to be in without feeling like we were in the way or exposed.
We weren't able to pay for additional amenities with a different form of payment that wasn't charged to the room. For example, breakfast and the bar.

Location was walking distance to business center for our meetings. Free parking and big rooms.
Breakfast was ok but no proper coffee and bread. Had to ask for everything and staff did not understand English well. For this $18 is overpriced. Overall the hotel is dated and needs urgent refurbishment/redecoration (especially rooms).
