The property was beautiful and so clean and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A shout out to Lottie, she was amazing.

Staff at the front desk was super friendly. Room was beautiful, it had everything we needed.
Everything was great but if there’s something I had to criticize is the stains on the bedroom carpet. Wasn’t a big deal for us as we understand the traffic these rooms get.

Loved the entire hotel. From parking in a secured garage to check in to the room. I had a lovely view of the mountain side, had a full kitchen, huge bathtub and a very comfortable bed and very clean throughout. The staff here is exceptional in professionalism to being very helpful to just friendly in general. Superb location away from heavy traffic and rooms were quiet so obviously good insulation and sound proofing. I stayed here 4 days longer than I initially booked it for I have enjoyed it so much.
My only grip would be that the couch has a mold scent to it likely due to the winter month visitors and there was no air conditioning but was resolved with fans as I was on a side of the building that the breeze didn't reach.

Too hot in room. No ac.
Didn’t think we would need it as it was cold outside. But it was almost unbearably hot.
