The worst experience ever

Very rude and unprofessional staff, we had the worst experience ever in this property. They charged us for a damaged fee because we took our dog there and they already knew about the dog and the hotel is dog friendly per booking.com, but at the 2nd day we got a call that they charged us already for a damaged fee because that specific room was not dog friendly!!!!!! They are a complete fraud and very rude!!!!

Surpassed our expectations and is reasonably priced given its location and amenities.

The location is very near restaurants, ski rentals, and ski shops. It is also just across a gas station and souvenir shops. The rooms are surprisingly cleaner than what we expected and was able to bring our pet dog too. The room has a microwave which is rare to find on hotels nowadays.

Would be nice if the breakfast was included or if it's at least an option you can add.

Fine. The quality has gone downhill. The customer service was mediocre & the maintenance is lacking.

Breakfast is good. Thank god the windows opened, because our AC didn't work and even when it was set (yes, we made sure it was set correctly), the heat kept turning on. The showers had hot water, and the towels didn't smell weird -- so that goes in the win column.

We registered for a room for 4 people but the room only had towels in it for 2 people. The air conditioning in the room would not work when we adjusted the thermostat (yes, even when we made sure it was set properly). The TV remote didn't work. The website specifically says that parking of additional vehicles is available on a first come first serve basis if you ask at the desk, however when I inquired (twice), they refused to discuss this -- even though there were 10-12 spots available every single night we stayed at the hotel, so clearly they could have accommodated our second vehicle. The toilet flush button was stuck (broken?) and required it to be pushed multiple times to flush. The shower head looked fancy but had a large build up of hard water and sprayed erratically -- it was more like being sprayed with a garden hose at a distance.

Hôtel sympathique lorsqu’il n’y a pas de travaux

Les photos n’ont pas montré que l’hôtel se trouvait derrière une station essence et une station de lavage, ce qui ôte du charme au lieu. Le lendemain matin nous avons été réveillés à 8 heures par un engin de travaux bruyant juste à 1 mètre de notre fenêtre, nous étions très contrariés par ce réveil.

Comfy beds and great (paid) breakfast!

Room was clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is available for an additional $12,00, but it is worth it!

Water pressure from the shower felt a little bit low.

Comfortable hotel, with a couple minor of annoyances.

Location is really good. The hotel has good parking and has clean rooms. The room is very quiet, bathroom clean, good air conditioning and good TV.

The rooms are quite small. The WiFi is spotty and slow.

Basic failings in customer service and room quality

The only thing saving them from 1-star was the fact that I received 20% refund for the problems with the hotel, and the interior design upgrades make the place slightly nicer than pictured.

I booked a specific room for my stay, they proceeded to give that room away to someone else before I arrived and put me in a room that I did not want. Apparently the manager had “no idea” how this happened. Neither the fridge or the safe worked in the room at first. Had to delay my leaving the hotel the next morning waiting for them to fix it. Hairs in my shower upon arrival. Attitude from most of the staff. Ashley was the manager who couldn’t figure out what happened to my room. Alyssa was the staff member in the morning who, when told my safe wasn’t fixed, asked: “what do you want me to do about it?” If only this hotel invested in the basics and good customer service instead of snazzy new interior design, it might actually be a place worth staying at.

Good, not great. Would stay again if the price were right.

It is relatively upgraded; the bed was comfortable (though not the pillows); shower pressure was on point!

For a ski town, there are no places to hang ski clothes/gear. There’s so much space — it just needs a few hooks! If you are driving everywhere the location is ok, but there’s not much within (cold winter) walking distance.

the heater fan is extremely loud. the heater only works on high , when you try to turn it down the air conditioning comes on. very frustrating when it’s -5 outside. housekeeping knocks on the door at 8:30 am to see if you want service , no do not disturb sign to use.
