Victor, I'm guessing who is the owner, was very accommodating and gracious when I checked in.
I know this is a policy for a lot of the hotels in Santa cruz, but I arrived at 11:30 am but couldn't check in until after 3:00 p.m.

This place has been our go to for visiting our UCSC Banna Slug. It’s not amazing, but it’s clean, comfortable, consistent, and reasonable.
A/C was loud but very effective, so we turned it on for a time then kept it off.

I had private space, room was nice size and clean, ac worked decent
The parking was really tight and very compact but they were super nice and friendly and helpful
