Location was wonderful, great staff, property was nice, on first floor walk out to sand beach and water was wonderful

Location and the beautiful beach area
The boxed breakfast was disappointing. For this nice of an hotel one would expect a bit better of a breakfast. The description of the hotel “breakfast included “ was fulfilled but very impersonal and limited.

It had an amazing location-obviously right off of beautiful Lake Michigan.
It was extremely outdated in terms of interior design, and looked very worn and in need of a full renovation.
In addition, some of the staff should definitely not be working in the hospitality industry— not very friendly. Others seemed nice though. Definitely should work on making the overall property management team (including management) more friendly/ nice / helpful in order to maximize the amazing location the hotel has been given.
