State police where there investigation a crime and looking at surveillance video when we checked in.

Setting right on the lake is lovely. It was surprisingly quiet given it is in a section of beach with hotels one right next to the other, and a busy road on one side. We slept with the windows open to hear the waves on the lake. Nice view from the outside porch. The staff was friendly.
Definitely a very dated property and it could use a deep clean. The balcony was lovely but there were tiny dead bugs and flies everywhere, cobwebs, etc. The room smelled like smoke even though it was no smoking.
