The room was clean, very spacious, comfortable. I was in Plainview to have major surgery and the staff was friendly, considerate, gave me extra pillows, extended checkout time on my last day to make it easier and were extremely nice.
The street it’s on sounds like a racetrack at night.

The breakfast was great and the staff in charge of the breakfast was excellent.
The room seemed to have inadaquate attention. It did not appear to have been cleaned except before we arrived. Also, we were erroneously charged for services that we had not requested or received; this was straightened out only when we received the statement and noticed the erroneous charges when we left the hotel.
