Affordable,clean, comfortable beds, convenient parking and good a/c unit.
Bathroom was clean but cheaply put together. Shower handle not attached to shower wall. Bring your own towels,bar soap and shampoo.
A few little touches would go along long way. More hooks in bathroom,channel guide for tv, nightstand for each bed and additional plugs near beds for charging etc.

It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and charming -- like a roadside motel from the 1970s. It was very quiet and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful.

Closeness to old mill district.
Charging station didntvwork.
Air conditioner vents dust buildup.
Room did not smell clean.
Lots of outside noise.
