The beds were comfortable. It had a mini fridge with a freezer (very decent size). It also had a microwave. It was fairly quiet. It was surprisingly clean.
It was very difficult to unlock the door with the key felt like it didn't fit, had to have management unlock it for me. The hair dryer didn't work. The outlet next to the hair dryer didn't work. The USB ports from the lamp didn't work.

The owners reached out to check in on us when we were delayed so that they could be aware of our arrival time being very late. They then did the check in super fast and friendly. Great service.

Room seems clean.
ice from ice machine melted to tan colored water. Why is there a tip envelope (kind of tacky)? Shower water knob is old style and hard to use.
