Great visit home close to everything

There was nothing to like do to the fact I was on able to check in because the front desk person was not there me and another guest waited for over a half hour to 45 minutes and there was nobody the sign said be back in a couple minutes I even tried calling no answer and ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to say seeing as how I talk to the gentleman twice about my booking.

We checked in very late, just as we had told them might happen, because we drove a long way. Dayja was very kind and helpful getting us checked in and settled. There was no breakfast offered, but we came prepared with our own provisions. Any time we asked for anything, such as extra towels, they were courteous and prompt in getting what we needed. Beds were clean and comfy. All the appliances were clean and in working order. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great rates.
Our room had a bit of a cigarette odor, which made me regret that I didn't think to ask for a non-smoking room. That wasn't the hotels fault, it was mine, although I don't recall a smoking vs non-smoking option in the preferences while booking online Floors could use a little cleaning. About a week before we were to arrive, I was disappointed that when I tried to shorten our stay by one day via booking's website, the price actually increased. I was told at the desk when I checked out that they couldn't adjust the total, either, so I just paid the original rate.

The stores
The hotel is completely run down nasty and dirty and the price is outrageous and now they have black the booking site so you cannot book your room anymore and the price is crazy it's $80 a night for this room and it's even more for the weekend
And everyone was freezing because it kept leaking air our heater hardly heated the room and people kept walking in and out of door because our door didn't lock all the way
