Exceptional

Everyone was really nice and friendly and respectful and the lady at the front desk at night was super nice and friendly she is a very special lady... As well as the cleaning stuff and the guys at the front desk during the day.... Thanks for making a trip that was because of a sick family member into a nice experience..... Great hotel Great staff... Will for Sure stay again....

THE WORST

Location ok

Bed is dirty and it created itching after we lie down on the bed. Could not sleep well because of itchy bed. Air circulation is poor, felt suffocating. Breakfast system is the worst. You should have written clearly that it’s to-go only. Stuff’s behavior is not friendly.

Guests was seating outside at the top of steps making it hard to walk pass. Was waking up to loud music coming from their room and a lot of loud socializing going outside by the window

Great location Dayshift Lacking

The best staff member was the young lady who worked on 3rd shift @ 900pm. When she worked I had no issues.

Day 1 the back of the mini fridge was frozen covered in ice. I lost my food. The housekeeping staff banged on my door like swat the 2nd day demanding they come in & clean my room. They were super rude. Everyday for 2 days I was locked out until I worked with the lady on the 3rd shift that started @ 900pm. When I called the day shift the man was short. The price, location & lady on 3rd shift saved my stay. The only reason to come back. The room needed the fridge & a/c repaired.

The front office staff of the hotel were kind, friendly, and helpful.

The front office staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did not like the location. The last night of our stay consisted of loud talking, loud music, and the slamming of doors by others who were staying on the premises. The light switch in the bathroom made a sound when turned on.
