Superb

The stay was nice the staff mgr checking behind cleaning staff was good pointed out a few missed items and got them corrected.

I wish the pool inspection was done so we could have been able to use that. The people that we're hanging out around the hotel, one guy on discarded furniture way in the back, and a few people around the backside of the pool area, not sure if staff or guest.

I never stayed for 10minutes because I could barely breathe

I could not even nap there. I asked for non smoking, they gave me a place I could not breathe. They said they didn’t have any other room available and have refused to refund me the money I paid.

There's really nothing to like about the property other than the fact the staff is very pleasant and as helpful as they can be.

Everything. Literally everything. We stayed here because our vacation was over and we were supposed to be heading home that day but decided it was late and we would leave the next morning . The pictures look great compared to what this place actually looks like. The building looks dilapidated. The rooms are disgusting, I felt so uncomfortable, and literally itchy just staying here. I wish I would have took photos but I just wanted to fall asleep quickly and get out of there ASAP in the morning. The floors were filthy, giant stains of unknown fluids, we had to wear socks in order for our feet not to get a black film. The ceilings had mold all over them, the door was absolutely filthy, the sofa had stains and spots all over it. My four year old daughter wanted to sit on it so I threw the sheet over it but even the "clean" bed sheets looked dirty. The mattress was insanely uncomfortable. All the lampshades were tattered and falling apart. The shower has no shower curtain and two temperatures either cold or boiling hot. Don't even get me started on the pool, all my daughter wanted to do was swim and i figured that would get us out of our room for most of the night. The pool is closed PERMANENTLY, due to not being inspected, which is not listed anywhere on their site. They still advertise an indoor pool. I'm honestly shocked we didn't find any bugs. The people in the lobby looked as if they were on drugs. They could barely walk, they didn't have teeth. One man was walking with a child with bruises all over his face. The people outside our room at night were so loud we kept getting woken up. It was absolutely awful, $67 was too much to stay here, I wouldn't even pay 20. Never stay here, it looks nothing like what they advertised.

No towels had to front desk , pool was closed and had ashes in the coffee area downstairs at breakfast .. smells ... The elevator door closed quickly... Bed was hard ... Will not return again there the pull out couch had no sheets on it..

the blankets could be thicker. they felt more like sheets than anything, too thin. the drapes should be able to move. the room was a bit too bright in the morning and the curtains were too sheer to block the light

The shower was broken and I fell out of the shower due to it being stuck on the hot and had to go to the hospital. They did fix it and moved us to another room. The staff was awesome and attentive.

This was one of the most disgusting and disappointing hotels I have ever stayed at in my life.

The location was close to what we wanted. Easy access to attractions.

We should have known something was wrong when the round toilet seat on the oval toilet and 2 towels for 3 people was the first thing we noticed. We had to ask for towels, blankets and a chair. The outlets were either burned up, would not hold a plug, or overloaded. Each time I approached the front desk, I had to wait for staff to get off their cell phones. As for the cleanliness of the room, there were the cobwebs in the lamp shades, cracks in the ceiling, stained and holes in the plaster, a bathtub that was stained and flaking. The pull-out sofa bed was so stained, no one would sleep on it. We left it closed and had to put a sheet on top of the mismatched sofa cushions to sleep on it. The blankets we received were stained, tattered and had cigarette burns on them. The ironing board was disgustingly stained, the ice machine outside our room was noisy and leaking. The back door, near our room, was propped open with a stick. The indoor pool was down for renovations, which we were not informed about. Halfway down the hallway, there was a hole in the floor, covered over with carpet. The complimentary breakfast was okay, I guess. This was not the cheapest possible hotel in the area by far. It was a Wyndham, which we have stayed at before and it was convenient. If I hadn't prepaid for this disaster, we would have definitely gone to another establishment. I know that this sounds hard to believe. Please see the pictures for verification of all these claims.

Long term frustration because I choose a lower star hotel to save money. Cheaper is not better.

We got BED BUGS. The pool was dirty and over chlorinated and the paint was peeling off the pool floor. It was disappointing but was cheap and close to the Busch Gardens park. We do not want to stay in Wyndham hotels again. Customer service is unhelpful because we booked using a third party. Using booking.com apparently waives your rights if there are any issues with the faculty.

We are still fighting bed bugs at our house 6 weeks later. I have resorted to throwing away our furniture and all soft items that cannot be put in dryer.

noisy a/ c unit, never shut off. no blanket. threadbare towels , sofa was way past it’s prime. holes in walls not patched from where pics had hung. no covers on toilet bottom of bowl. final straw was the roach scurrying behind juice machine on breakfast bar

My stay was great. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was really nice.

The rooms reasonable clean. The tub was slow draining because of hair, the I cleaned out of the drain. Beds were comfortable.
