Excellent location. Very quiet. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Very quiet
Parking lot is really really small. Our room overlooked the parking lot and could hear everyone complaining about parking. Cars are way too big for the amount of space the lot is.

I loved the location, very walkable area, check-in was smooth with friendly staff and loved that my dog was accepted there. The coffee they left us was good.
It was very warm at night with no AC and the shower pressure was awful, it took 5-7 min for the water to warm up.

Great location, charming beach cottages. We enjoyed the layout of the room with two separate bedrooms and a full and half bathroom.
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Could not sleep well. Lack of fans or ac of any kind meant the rooms were warm- hot and stuffy even though weather outside was beautiful. Parking on Friday evening around 5:30 pm was challenging. Took me 40 minutes circling to find a spot in either downtown Carmel or hotel.
