The room was clean
There were no hangers to hang clothes, and no stands to put the suit cases. The beds needed a box spring under mattress or a higher mattress. The patio was unkempt. Coffee maker needs to be updated and better coffee.

Cleanliness, pleasant staff, comfortable bed and quiet area. The parking space is a plus.
The lighting of the room! The ceiling light was bright white feeling like we were in an office. Also, there was only one nightstand on one side of the bed and no lamp on it, and we wouldn’t have been able to plug a lamp anyway because the outlet was blocked by the backboard of the bed. So the first night did not feel cozy at all. I had to get out of bed to turn off the bright ceiling light. On the other hand, the receptionist took care of it the next morning and brought us a second nightstand for the other side of the bed and one lamp that could be plugged in on that side. For the price I payed, I would have expected at least what a basic hotel has: a nightstand on each side of the bed with a lamp on it! Besides that, the staff was helpful and I enjoyed the outside sitting area by our cottage.
