Floor fan is provided as well. The temperature is usually pleasant here. There is central heat if need be ✔ Iron, Iron board ✔ Monterey County Ordinance requires Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)equal to 10.5% of rent for stays less than 30days which is included. The taxes included in the amount you paid when reserving the rental are forwarded to the Monterey County Tax Collector under Certificate Number displayed in the room ✔For stays more than 30 days, there is no TOT Tax that will be collected separately. Pls complete the TOT exemption form(form is attached in the rental agreement for reference) on the first day checkin to be compliant. There is discount enabled for monthly rental ✔ Dog-friendly (Sorry no cats) There's a $40 additional cleaning fee. Pls check the box for "Yes, Traveling with Pets" in the search ✔ If you choose to bike or walk or run to carmel downtown or beach, the initial part is through a small section of Hwy 1 ✔ I live in the other side of the home with 2 small labradoodles who are very friendly, so you might see me as well -:). You are renting out my entire Master bedroom en-suite with its own entrance. Theres one common wall with door connected to the main house which remains always locked, so you have your own privacy and so do I 🙂

The flat is lovely and comfortable with enough room to stretch out. Appliances and amenities are really thoughtfully done. The location is exceptional as well and close to everything. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

Enjoyed a super three days at the suite. Very close to Carmel and Monterey but out of the fray. Cozy place to retreat when the weather turned on us, never felt stuck. The host has thoughtfully equipped the room and gave great guidance throughout. We’d definitely return!

Our week in Carmel at Anu’s place was wonderful. Room was secluded, secure, and even had a nice view of Carmel Valley. Having the fridge and microwave helped so that we didn’t have to eat all meals out. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Wonderful stay in a perfect studio. Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view towards Carmel Valley. Very short ride to Carmel by the Sea and Pacific Grove. Loved going with our dog to the beach. One of the most thoughtfully supplied rentals we've stayed in. Host has thought of everything. Will definitely be back. Thank you Anu!

Such a cozy spot that has a small patio for some outdoor grilling and basking in the sun. The area is very safe and quiet where I could work remotely with great internet. Pet friendly and plenty of outdoor area for potty times. Parking is not an issue. The decor is very modern and fresh. Host and her two adorable labradoodles were very welcoming. I plan to come back since the location is unbeatable and the stay was so relaxing!

Great location in Carmel! Reasonably priced compared to other options. Communication with host was timely, easy, thorough and very friendly. Room was incredibly well, equipped, clean, attractive, and welcoming. Can’t say enough good things about this choice. Highly recommend!

Awesome view! Quite neighborhood. Almost everything you'd want in terms of dishes is supplied, so you don't have to bring any of your own. Lots of closet space, which is great since it's only one large room. The soap dispenser didn't work well, so we had to buy our own soap. Fire pit was nice, but no axe, so a little difficult getting a fire going with large pieces of wood. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, so it was easy to find a combination that makes you comfortable. It's right off highway 1, so getting everywhere is a breeze. It's a five-minute drive into downtown Carmel.

Wonderful home conveniently located within short driving distance to downtown Carmel, the beach, and the local airport. The views are incredible and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and the host was very responsive. My wife and I definitely recommend this to others.

We love the place. We had our lab with us and spent a few days in Carmel on a road trip. We loved the bathtub and serenity of the place. Great views with everything you need on a scenic street just a short drive from the busy streets of the beach and downtown.

We couldnt have hoped for a better place to stay in carmel. I stayed here with my husband and our two dogs and it was clean, spacious, had a private entrance and everything you could need. We absolutely loved the nespresso maker and the bath tub! Anu was very responsive and even sent us recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and hikes. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this rental!

This place was perfect for a month devoted to physical and mental recovery. From the soaking tub to the candles to the Nespresso machine everything was designed for a great experience. The bed was heavenly and the AC was perfect during the heat spell. I loved all the extra touches. It is a very special place.
