The hotel is very clean - no bugs, no pests. Stuff is very friendly.
Homeless people are being pushed from around the area to gather next to the hotel at night which results in a loud party with controlled substance use (people folded in half) and in rap music blasting, police talking to them using loud speakers trying to maintain order, etc.

The room was huge!
1) The sound proof wasn't good in my room, people staying next door very noisy.
2) The homeless people was gathering at the entrance, very scary.
3) I have to pay deposit using credit card during check in.

I like that the room was clean and that I had my own sink and mirror in the room. The size of the room was great and they had good hangers. I also like that there was a ceiling fan for ventilation. The value and price for my stay was affordable. The best part was that the place was very convenient to take the bus and muni. The stop was right around the corner.
I wish that the room was attached to the bathroom. The bathrooms were separate and you have to go outside the room to use the toilet and shower. I also didnt like that there was a lot of street noise and a number of homeless and people that had mental concerns outside. Thankfully the people didn't around didn't cause me any trouble and there was a security guy next door. I would also see police a few times monitoring and handling any issues in the area during my short stay.
