the breakfast was very good, loved the waffles
There was no hand soap, we had to ask for shampoo and conditioner bottles.

For it to be an upgrade room towel and room service was none . Had to request towels from staff only time they were replaced. Lots of noise .
Bacon and cheese eggs were great!
The receptionist was lost to even print me a closing bill. We left a day early as service was not available! Had to even request a tv remote.
We’re very sorry we even registered at Best Western! Where was our service!
Check my years we have been members ! Very unhappy Mary Ann Broddrick
