tragic waste of money. aweful. not sanitary.

comfortable beds

very dirty. mold around inside of windows. floors were visibly dirt, sticky. looked like the place had barely been cleaned. bed linens had ashes on them like someone was smoking while making the beds and tried to spray freshener to hide the smell.

ABSOLUTELY WORST HOTEL EVER

Absolutely Nothing!! Actually the manager ( met him at night) was very nice and pleasant.

The room's were absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Stains of God knows what everywhere!! The walls, back & front of the main door and bathroom door. Carpet was nasty looking with stains, shredded edge's & completely peeling up. The 2 chair's for the little table were thick with dust like they were in a attic for 20 year's! The beds felt like they were 30 year's old! Lamps totally outdated. Cabinet's and drawers looked like they've never been wiped out. A/C didn't work that well. The main door was so stained and you could clearly see outside all around the door. The tub and both sinks filled up way too fast, very poor draining. Mirror's also thick with dust! MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL I'VE EVER HAD TO STAY AT!!!! I FELT LIKE I NEEDED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND GET A TETANUS SHOT WHEN I CHECKED OUT! ALSO!!!! When you pay for a room and use your credit card, no hotel has ever charged a $100 deposit!!!! The pictures on their website are ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE WHAT THEY ARE!!!! I have learned a valuable lesson........ Before committing to a hotel room, first have them show you the room's!!!!

Cleanliness Size of room Flat pillows Hair found in shower Insect found on bed Filthy shower curtains Dusty throughout room Very loud, couldn't sleep Hear ppl in the next room talking and laughing all night Dogs barking Need painting throughout both rooms, walls, bathroom counter and tub Need updated nightstands Ppl walking outside our bedroom all night

The staff at the front desk and cleaning staff were very attentive

Booking.com was not cooperative with the front desk or me( the customer) I am still waiting on a refund from Booking.com. Booking.com botched my reservation and I had to book my room with Extended Stay directly

Didn't stay canceled

Didn't like the hotel at all couldn't stay. There were people hanging out. Doing things that made me very uncomfortable, could not breathe with the smell in the room and bathroom Didn't look clean at all.

Nobody ever at front desk to check in

After calling property to let know I was arriving late, no answer. Called guest relations and was told check in was until 2am. Arrived 12:02am to a sign on door check in was to 1am and nobody was there. Called property several times, including outside phone provided. No answer. Last minute had to find place to sleep. Of course I was charged. Next day at 1p, nobody at property again.

Real roach motel

The staff and leaving.

The photos on the app didn't match the place we were in. Red flag number 1. The lobby reminded me of the prison intakes you see in movies. The floor was dirty. The bath tub was gross. The lighting was dark. There were roaches. There was a gap between the door and floor where any insect could come and I got all bit up. The breakfast available was a coffee pot and energy bars. The staff put no effort into upkeep. I never saw them cleaning or fixing anything. We had a kitchenette in our room and if we needed a pot or pan we had to check it out from the front desk. I tried to contact bookings.com about shortening our stay and find a new hotel. They never responded. We left before the end of our stay. The room was not cheap either. We took the loss just to get out of that place. So that might be the last time I book through bookings.com. I wouldn't stay in an Extended Stay if it was free. I feel bad for anyone needing a room and having to stay here.

Rooms exterior and exterior are nasty…

The people beside me was fussing and loud and trying too fight all night! Had a baby crying all night and I woke up with a spider walking across my face around 5 something in the morning! Pretty much my peace and money was going when I booked this hotel..

Could have been better,lack of staff made for an unexceptionable stay

Staff was nice. Location was great!

However, I DID NOT LIKE, that I had to stand out in the cold & it took me way too long too get into my room. (There was other unhappy customers that were waiting also) I feel like y’all were understaffed. The lady @ the front desk was very nice, when she did get to the desk. I also have video of my room, it looked as if someone slung nail polish everywhere. We couldn’t close the blinds for privacy. I had to put pillows in the window seal, so no one could see inside of the room. ALL of the inconsistencies caused me to be late for a concert that I traveled an hour & a half to see. I didn’t get to the concert until 9:30PM & it started @ 7PM!!!!!!! I feel like I should get a FULL REFUND!!!!

Price to high for just a bed $200 a night. Should have been beachfront for the price

It’s a shame that this old of a facility enjoyed price gouging due to an event in town. The room was $200 a night normally they charge $100 a night with my issues for 2 days I was paying that much just to sleep in a bed.

i will not stay here again!

the staff at checking was extremely kind and welcoming ..

there were ppl hanging all around outside the staff at checkout was not so friendly was told I could have late checkout and she was being difficult about it. also the toilet leaked in the bathroom making it impossible to feel comfortable taking a shower.
