Location was very convenient for Union Square. Easy walking distance. Of course, you have to remember it’s the Tenderloin district with all that it comes with. The hotel was clean and staff were amazing. I had a room towards the back and it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff is wonderful, greeted me by name, very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and my window overlooked a garden and the room was very quiet. Fishmando Sushi a block away is amazing. (Get the dragon roll)
Have you heard the saying that your blessing is also your curse? The property does a good job keeping everything clean but I found the aroma of the cleaning supplies a little overwhelming. I opened the window in my room and that helped a lot.
