old building needs renovation

No ac during a 90 degree spring heatwave!!. But i was able to open all of the huge windows and get a wonderful yet hot breeze. The old timey elevator was a hoot.
Heat wave not the hotels fault. Its global warming!!!

The location was ok. It is close to the center and public transportation.
The place is old and not taken care of.
There is a foul smell in the public areas.
Too many homeless people living nearby the hotel.
