Hotell is in a good location, staff is very friendly & tentative. Vala parking ut was really exceptional. His recommendation & politeness were exceptional, he was an older guy & the young lady. Both were amazing.
Our room was not cleaned by Housekeeping for our stay, even upon request. Only provided clean towels because it was after 4:30pm when informed room was not cleaned & sign showing needs cleaning. Plus room air conditioner & heating system was broken room temperature was wrong. Front desk sent guy to repair he came said he would be back. We left for our lunch we came back tape was still on thermostat showing 76 degrees but it was more like 69.

Easy access for taxis and in the heart of Palm Springs!!!
Some of the electrical sockets didn’t work only the sockets to the lamps. Other then that such a minor detail. The room was spectacular.

The location and the front desk staff.
I appreciated the free parking since there were no valets on duty.
I understand it is the off season but I would have liked a heads up that there was next to nothing available within the hotel. No bar, cafe, or someone tending to the pool area. Some guests left their trash all over the pool deck. Cans rolling around. Not inviting. The pool itself needed some attention.
I asked to switch rooms because my first one had a terrible odor. Thankfully the second room was better.
