A new construction, comfortable motel near Loon Lake with easy access to the Adirondacks. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed.
There were some details that could have been better: the coffee machine was not cleaned and the value for money is not great, but that is due to location and timing.

The Lodge at Loon Lake is very nicely renovated, has easy access to a public beach and facilities, and comfortable viewing of activity on the lake. Small fridge was especially useful. The staff were very responsive and helpful when we were locked out of our room. They are not on site, but apparently nearby.
Not many nearby dining options and for the best restaurant you must book well in advance. Also, we got locked out of our room because of a flaw in the electronic locking mechanism.

Location was great.
The facilities were hit and miss. The microwave was on floor, the condiments were empty, and the cobwebs were extensive!
