This was in a great location. Just steps away from the amphitheater and shopping and restaurants. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing.
It would be nice if there were safes in the rooms

Rooms and all common areas were very clean, Staff was excellent, nice and helpful. well equiped gym. comfortable beds
I don't like to pay for parking for somewhere I am already paying to stay.

I stayed here Feb 14–16 and had a terrible billing experience. Despite providing two cards at check-in, my debit card was charged the full $857.27 and still has an additional $398.64 hold days later. This mistake caused overdraft transfer fees and stress. Repeated calls to the front desk went nowhere—my voicemail to the manager was ignored, and the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive. The room itself was fine, but the unprofessional handling of billing and lack of accountability made this stay very frustrating. Travelers beware.
