La ubicación, la limpieza, las camas

El desayuno en el subsuelo del hotel fue pésimo. Pocas opciones y de mala calidad. El trato del personal no fue bueno. Solo Marisela de recepción y Silvia de servicio de habitaciones tratan a los huéspedes con simpatía y amabilidad.

Heerlijk verblijf.

Mooi Hotel in Art Deco stijl. Wel druk, maar vriendelijk prsoneel. Kamer en badkamer echt goed schoon en netjes. Badkamer wat klein en gedateerd. Bedden echt goed. Het grab & Go ontbijt ook helemaal prima. Ook goed dat bij binnenkomst je kamer sleutel werd gecontroleerd. Vlak bij Times Square en toch in de kamer weinig geluid van buiten te horen.

De lobby was wat hectisch en onoverzichtelijk.

I have stayed at the Edison before and I will return to the Edison on my next stay.

Staff was very helpful and cheerful, especially the doorman, reception staff, and cleaning staff. Excellent location. The beds were comfortable. There were sufficient electrical outlets.

There was loud re-construction noise on my floor during the day (hence only a good rating for question 2: How was your stay at Hotel Edison Times Square?) . It was not easy to get breakfast food for my son who has allergies to some types of food. The rooms are slightly smaller than I would have liked (but were more than sufficient for our needs).

Great value if you want to stay in Times Square

Friendly staff, great location. Breakfast in the morning was a plus.

One room was really nice the second room was at the end of the corridor and was incredibly tiny, pocket door on the claustrophobic bathroom.

Ótima localização a poucos passos da Times Square e metrô para quem gosta de agito.

Localização, perto dos teatros e linhas do metrô

Apesar de ter ficado no 16º andar, ouvimos o barulho da Times Square. A cortina blackout do quarto poderia ser maior pois deixava passar as luzes dos outdoor luminosos.

El hotel esta ubicado de tal forma que se puede ir caminando a muchas de las atracciones principales.

El espacio en la habitacion es reducido. Poseen al menos 2 closets donde se puede acomodar equipaje

Location location location location in Times Square

Location location location location. Steps from time square. Rooms were great and clean. Security was amazing. Door man were funny and great. Breakfast as an option at Carve was delightful. Staff were great. Restaurant and bar on site were handy.

Good location - not worth it

Clean Room- Smells Clorox Better than old wood

To much noises outside of our 21st floor room, people were working( construction work) I told them so many time to let us rest and they still continued. Too old Disappointed - different pic shows off diff it’s in reality. Breakfast better to not include! Not value the $$$

The location is extremely good, and the rooms are quite cozy.

The location is extremely convenience, with several subway stops nearby. Also, the Time Square is nearby; we had a great time exploring a wide variety of shops in the neighborhood. The room is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Tres agréable, personnel gentil, menage bien fait. Café, thé, bouteille d’eau à volonté. Petit dejeuné du Crave vraiment

L’emplacement, le petit dejeuné du crave etait super bon

Le canapé lit de la chambre etait vraiment inconfortable, meme en le changeant de coté, le matelas est tellement fin qu’on sent les barres du dessous.

Buen hotel, pero falencias en la entrega del desayuno

Buena infraestructura del hotel y excelente ubicación

El desayuno no es entregado en buenas condiciones, entregan ticket para un local que no tiene las suficientes mesas y sillas , entregan opciones de comida que no se ajustan a los requerimientos. Retirar el desayuno no es una opción válida porque la habitación no tiene la comodidad para comerlo ahí.

Buena ubicación.

La ubicación y que nos dejaban café en la habitación.

Que el personal de la recepción no hablaba castellano y que te cobren por dejar el equipaje por paquete, me quisieron cobrar 20 dólares por los paquetes que tenía y cuando me rehuese a pagarlo me lo bajaron a 10 dólares y me pareció muy caro.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, it’s ok!

The rooms were clean, the location is great, and the included breakfast and upgraded breakfast options were great!

WiFi never worked (which was part of the $40 a day resort fee), hot water for the shower took 20 minutes to get when running at max heat, and no mini fridge (even for medicine storage) made it a bit frustrating.

Amazing stay in Times Square.

The room was beautiful, clean and very secure. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet and enjoyable. The staff were amazing in particular Christian and the reception desk.

The reception area was like Grand Central Station. It was a bit too crowded and so many children running around.

Breakfast used to be included - now it’s a limited menu for $6.50……The Bond served Mozzarella instead of burratta

Day staff at front desk are not as accommodating as the evening staff.

Good price, great location, friendly staff. 3rd stay and all have been great.

Our first room was OK, very small but we went with the least expensive room. One of my sons had a travel issue at another hotel over the weekend and the gentlemen at the desk was more than helpful with getting us a larger room so he could stay with us for the night. I had another room booked for a separate stay during the same week and the same gentleman who helped us with a room upgrade remembered one of my son's names. That meant more to me than anything. This was our 3rd stay at Hotel Edison and will absolutely book here again.

The first room we were booked in was very small and the bathroom should probably get an upgrade.

Great Location, Great Staff, loved the Rum House

The location of this hotel was perfect and beds were comfortable. We also liked the Rum House. The staff was very friendly.

The website led me to believe that there was a rooftop bar but there isn't one...not a huge deal. I called two days in a row for towels and finally got them on the third call.

Bad attitude

Just 2 minutes from times square.

Very high price room for a medium size room that wasn't even worth staying in , it didn't have a refrigerator, we asked the front desk if he could change he say and he told us that couldn't, we I don't recommended it, He also disrespected my wife when my wife spoke Spanish to him because he was Hispanic, he told her not to speak Spanish to hi but in English. 4/6/2024

4 főre csak 2 adag reggelit kaptunk. A szobába jó lenne egy mini hűtő. Kíváló elhelyezkedès. Liftekre nem kellett várni. Nagy, kényelmes ágyak.

Great base and hotel works well but rooms too dark and lack of storage means sadly I wouldn’t stay again.

Great location and nice addition with breakfast vouchers. Complementary water nice touch too. Room was always cleaned well.

Rooms very dimly lit. Very dark and dingy and unwelcoming. Literally no storage or cupboard space for 4 people for a week.

Perfeita. Excelente localização, tamanho do quarto e custo benefício.

Quartos espaçosos. Para o padrão de NY é um luxo o tamanho dos quartos. Bem amplos. O hotel tem excelente localização na times square. Ótimo para ir caminhando para o sul (ruas com numeração menor) e norte (numeração maior e central park). Da para fazer tudo andando. Também oferecem café da manhã gratuito, que não é comum em NY.

Como fica muito próximo da times. O quarto pode acabar sendo barulhento. Sirenes de policia e bombeiros sao comuns na cidade o dia inteiro.

La ubicación, el precio estaba bien para el área.

Molesta un poco que hay que enseñar la tarjeta de acceso a la habitación cada vez que se va a ingresar a los elevadores, es descortés. Si alquilan una habitación de dos camas grandes para cuatro personas solamente tendrán dos desayunos en lugar de cuatro. Lo mismo sucede con las botellas de agua. Es decir una habitación de cuatro personas en la mente de ellos es para dos.

First time in New York

Location was good. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.

On first night we couldn't sleep because of the level of noise from a large ventilation fan on building next door. Windows could be closed fully to block out noise. Bathroom was small and room was dated. However we requested a change of room next morning the hotel accommodated. Watch out for roo. 446 if staying here.

Great to be right by Times Square. For the suite I reserved, thought it would be bigger.

Location was great. Room was nice to have the extra space but thought it would be bigger by the pictures that were shown when making reservation. Bit disappointed.

Bathroom door was broken. Got stuck in there several times until someone came to open it. Not good! Some construction going on. EXTREAMLY LOUD!!! Phones NEVER worked to call front desk or anyone in the hotel.

מלון הכי גרוע שיש, לא להתקרב. האינטרנט לא עבד בחדר, חדר ישן ומדכא, אין מספיק תאורה, הטענתי את הטלפון בשקע הנורה שהייתה על השידה ליד המיטה ולפתע פרצה אש עם ניצוצות וגיצים שגרמה לבהלה גדולה. אפילו פיצוי על עוגמת הנפש לא רצו לתת. היינו 4 בחדר ורק שניים הורשו לאכול את ארוחת הבוקר העלובה שכללה פרי או קרואסון וכוס קפה.

היחס של הצוות היה גרוע ולא ידידותי, חוויה גרועה, לא אחזור לשם לעולם.

Close to everything. Felt upscale. Free breakfast

Had a huge issue with our AC unit making loud noises all night long. Only there for a night so didn’t complain.
