Nice place and would recommend friends to try out.

Cozy and in the right spot.

There is a lot of pets and we learnt there are no designated floors for pet friendly rooms. I am nit sure why not but i guess it is what it is.

Napa is beautiful.

Bed was very comfortable. Room ready early so we got in before 4pm. Towels soft and fluffy. Only negative was we could not cool the room to our satisfaction. We like to sleep cool and even AC set at 65 truly wasn’t a 65 degree room.

Expensive, semi decent

Needs to offer room service and have some spa amenities for the price at least. I had noise coming from the alley every morning at 6am from the dumpster being emptied 😅

Water and ice machines were broken. Engineering unhelpful. Front desk staff not super helpful on such matters either

great location —easy to walk to everything downtown nice rooms good food in the dining area live music and wine tastings the staff….excellent!!

The staff saved the day for me. After the first night I was ready to leave. They moved my room.

5th Floor was noisy and difficult to sleep. Units on roof very loud. Beds were too soft and hurt my back. Parking was difficult.

Exceptional

The Heart of Downtown! The location of the hotel was perfect, everything was walking distance. The Atmosphere was inviting and the entire staff were engaging!

not impressed and certainly not up to a Hyatt hotel standard

the property was right in town which made it easy to walk to plenty of restaurants

our room was very small, the trash had not been taken out, no amenities were provided - the shampoo, body wash were not refilled, no lotion provided, the tv had a burned in block across the top, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and looked as if it had been replaced several times with patching being exposed, the floor looked as though it had not been vacuumed and the power strip by the bedside was not working.

Nice location!!

Lits of extras is a nice touch. Water, snacks, bag. Staff was friendly and helpful. Live music on Friday night.

Probably in the worst room in the hotel, back facing the parking lot. Too expensive for what you get.

The room had an AC vent noise that made it nearly impossible to sleep. The room we reserved was not the room we got.

Big expectations, Andaz came up a little short

The staff: helpful, cordial, friendly. When on the second day the housekeeping "forgot" to get to our rooms to clean, the management went out of their way to address the issue and promised to waive the facilities fees. Excellent location. Parking: valet or self-park at the nearby public parking

Requested a room with open, unobstructed view. We had 2 rooms almost next to each other on the second floor. One of the rooms was literary on the terrace, so we had to have all the curtains closed not to be seen from outside. Fortunately, because of the cold, there were not many people partying at night on that terrace. The beds, even the safe (inside the closet) were too high for average or short persons.

Nice hotel, but probably would not stay here again. We assumed the hotel we be nicer & more upscale.
