Good location and easy to get to off of Highway 15. Close to Walmart and restaurants.
The staff member I dealt with, had no idea about which stairs could be used to go up to the third floor. I do not like elevators so I am always looking for stairs. Three times I tried to locate access that was not locked. I finally found a house cleaner that knew where I could go.

The distance between the hotel SDSU, downtown and other places was convenient. Easy access to the freeway. I liked the bar and restaurant area to order a late dinner on our first exhausting night and a nice drink. Rooms were clean, spacious, and staff were accommodating and nice.
The extra fee for continental breakfast included with your reservation isn’t worth buying. The only breakfast you get is dry cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled egg, fruit, toast and sweet bread with coffee or juice. For an extra $20, you can get the hot eggs, potato’s, sausage or order from the restaurant. We went to eat downtown at Breakfast Republic for $15.

I liked it was easy to get to. The amenities were nice, staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool and spa weren’t as nice as I expected. I don’t think they should charge a parking fee, that should be included. Most hotels have free breakfast but this place didn’t.

Easy access to freeway and local businesses
Dirty, smelled like weed in the elevator and garage, dirty glasses of alcohol drinks outside of guest rooms and elevator trashcan , when told that the elevator door keeps getting stuck the front desk person Maria said it was not getting serviced until Monday( the possibility of someone getting stuck in there was high, and for that response it was frightening) mind you this was Sunday early morning.
