It was ok.

The hotel seemed very clean.

The front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming. The traffic on the freeway was very loud in the room.

We had trouble with a neighbor and the front desk did nothing about it, he was banging on our door trying to fight.

The location

The bathroom toilet seat was literally broken and the pull out mattress in the sofa had exposed staples

Nice pleasant place, location close to where we needed.

Rob, at the front desk, was very courteous and helpful. Offered a bottle opener when I got beer from downstairs. He offered directions to places to eat and entertainment. Cheers!

Would have liked to stay longer, but we had places to experience!

Customer service. Communication is key. The first room I checked in to had a foul smell coming out the room. We changed rooms then the sheets in that room were dirty. The housekeeper knocked n handed us the sheets like were supposed to change it ourselves. We had literally just checked in. I was confused at why she would just hand us sheets like were the housekeepers. Then I had to limp all the way up the hill cause the 1 handicap space was taken and Noone explained that there was a garage with more handicap spaces. Terrible Communication..as much as I stay at Hiltons this was very disappointing 😞

Great Staff, Quiet Location, ~2 mile drive to Activities

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. There is a restaurant/bar on site with hours of operation. Within a short walking distance there are a few places to eat. Within a mile there are more places to eat. The hotel is about 2 miles away from the hustle and bustle of San Diego. The location is quiet and easy to get to off the highway. If you like driving yourself, then this is a perfect destination. There is a parking garage available/spots available ($15/day).

I wish I was closer to a trolley location for easier traveling. However, Uber was always available and I got around San Diego just fine. I could have driven myself but had already driven about 3.5 hours one way to be there--didn't want to drive any more and travelled alone so I also did not share driving.

Chose this hotel because of location and pet friendliness and glad I did. I plan to choose it again

Staff was very friendly

Requested for more water and was only given 1 bottle. I was also told I would not be charged for parking since I parked in the disabled space but was charged.

A great base of operations for staying in San Diego.

The room was clean and was the perfect size for our family vacation. The staff was friendly, and helpful.

Some minor items in the room were broken such as the toilet paper holder and the shelf in the shower. It did not have a negative impact on our stay. The hot-tub was more of a luke-warm-tub.

It was ok but we won’t be staying there again, nor recommending it to anyone.

Location and parking were great. Room was also clean and nice.

Bed was SOOO uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights and unfortunately did not sleep well. Walls are also very thin and I could hear footsteps above us throughout the night. I could also unfortunately hear new guests arriving around midnight and being very loud in the hallways, while I was already in bed. Television was great but could be updated. And we thought the staff member that checked us in was a tiny bit rude.

Nice stay close to town

close to everything but in a less busy area. Room was nice and spacious.

Our first room was right under the weight room and was very noisy so we asked to change rooms for the next night and they were very accommodating

The fact that the receptionist ask me why I needed a service dog, and what my disability was breaks every HIPAA law in the country and I’m reporting her tomorrow She embarrassed me in front of my son, Who did not know I had a disability
