Very nice location and had plenty of parking
The fire alarm went off at midnight and they couldn't turn it off. It took over an hour for them to get it off and nothing was offered to compensate

I liked the size of the room. I appreciated the pans to use. Some plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, toaster & two burner cook top. It has a vent over the 2 burners! And a light! It has a microwave, didn't use it nor the coffee maker. They did have some coffee samples, 2 dishwasher tablets, (Didn't use either), Soap for dishes and a scruby. The shower has Shampoo, Conditioner & Body soap. (Dove) The bath room sink has Dove hand soap and lotion. However they need to be switched so the soap is closest to the sink. Not the lotion. All bottles locked in! (This world SMH) The windows having buttons to open and close them was nice. The a/c worked great as well. The bed was nice. Wasn't a brick like ones I have stayed at in the past. However the couch is a brick! lol It was pretty clean! (Other than the fridge, smelly) I went to pool area and cookout area, didn't use any of it. Had to put my arm in though! The pool water felt okay enough to possibly swim. (Its September) But will close soon for winter. The workout room is decent. Has basics. Laundry room is FREE! WHAT?! Just need your own detergents/softeners/dryer sheets! Thats cool! I didn't use, but would have had I known before getting there it was free. Id had brought some laundry soaps. The lady at front dresk was very sweet! We had a good laugh when I left! I got spooked by the house keeper! Didn't leave the room for 4 days due to that. But should have called up there to help myself feel better! Hindsight!
I should have spoken up sooner. I havent stayed in a hotel in YEARS. However, Soon as I got in as was putting up my grocies I purchased for my stay, the fridge was RANK! Stunk SO bad! Had a hard time opening it up without gagging. No pans, only pots. The cooking spoon is melted. The shower was really big for a wheelchair user, however there wasnt a curtain or door to close. I pushed the shower head to face the back corner, but water still ended up all over the floor. I slid TWICE! Luckily I saved myself both times. There wasnt any extra towel or rug to put down. And its kinda cold due to no door or curtain! The water doesn't get hot enough to keep you entirely warm. I had it ALL the way up!
I also had no idea they were doing renovations. Things look messed up due to that. And a bit noisy at times.
There is also a huge BOOM! That goes off ALL day long! (I got a video of it) Its coming from the hotel next door! 4 pipes coming out the wall facing your room! Pressure relief valves Ai said!
It seems to stop around 9:30 pm. But then youll hear what sounds like a HUGE vaccuum cleaning for about 30 mins to a hour. 9pm to 10pm seemed to be the hour. I did hear it once during the morning. The boom is really loud! If you go outside when it goes off its of course even WORSE! Literally made me jump out of my skin! It took 3 days to get used to it going off.
Also I wasn't aware that they would send someone to clean and I wasn't even there 24 hours yet. Wish they call first or ask upon check in if thats something you want while there. Scared the crap outta me! Also had no idea how to work the satelite channels? No info. Barley used the TV. Couldn't get the guide to come up, the button that says "guide" did nothing. There are switches that goes to who knows what! I couldnt turn the bar lights off and they were messing with my computer screen at the desk. It was up there in a few of the worst places Ive stayed.
