The staff was very friendly, showed everything around. The room was spatious and clean.
The breakfast is served at another place. You get a voucher with only two options in it or a 7$ discount on other menu items in the restaurant. It is okay if you stay only for one night, but it gets pricey if you are staying for longer period.

It’s quaint and cute. I love that the parking lot was so easily accessible from our room. They have a little library and complementary beach cruisers for rent. The food and free breakfast at the restaurant a few blocks away was nice. The hotel staff were very nice.
The biggest issue for me was the pool. We booked this for Spring Break with our two kids under 7. I specifically called the week before the trip to ask about the temp of the pool and they said 84* degrees. That pool was not maybe 70-74 at best. Every parent that plans a family trip knows how much time and energy is spent trying to find the right place while on a budget and all of the decision making that goes into it. We just wanted a simple low key hotel with a pool that was warm enough for the kids to comfortably play in. I’m not kidding you when I say that they were shivering cold and my daughter’s face was purple. We ended up booking a resort pass for a different hotel and spent one of our days there. Two other issues, minor but annoying. There were few outlets in the room. The tv was finicky and outdated. I really wanted to like this place but I definitely would not stay again unless it’s winter and not warm enough to swim. Also, that specific area of Palm Springs gets really really windy. We noticed that just a few blocks down closer to downtown the wind was much calmer.
