Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and downtown via the river walk. 10 minute walk to the pier. Very friendly and helpful staff (Hi Sam!). Room was clean and had the expected amenities. We will be coming back!
Parking is a little tight up front, but there is additional parking behind the motel.

The location was great! the price was economical for the value! The room was very very clean and we appreciated the cleanliness, especially with the economical price! Clean bedding, clean floors, clean toilet, clean shower, no mold! it was perfect for come and go rest! The location was surprisingly quiet at night! the owner was very helpful and it looks like they are updating the property which feels like the take ownership very serious and it shows! keep it up. thank you

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good location within walking distance to many attractions. Price was good.
It took us about one hour to get the smart tv to work. There was no clothes iron. The pool was not available during our stay. The shower leaked water all over the floor during each use.
