I loved my stay at 1801 First Luxury Inn! The location is perfect—close to everything, and we were able to easily walk to downtown Napa( 5 minutes walk)
The bed and breakfast itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very welcoming. The check-in was quick and easy, and our room by the garden was spacious and well cleaned.
So cute!!!
One of our favorite parts was the wine and cheese in the garden. It was such a lovely experience, and we had the chance to meet the owner, who was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and gave us great information and recommendations for our stay.
The breakfast was included and absolutely delicious as well. If you are staying in Napa I definitely recommend this place.

Great location and being a separate unit was quiet and comfortable
One little thing is that there are very few plug sockets.. so charging phones, iPad’s etc was a hunt for a useable socket… well for us anyway.
There is a socket each side of the bed - great if you’re local (US) but not so good if you’re an international traveller and use adapters as the bed surround is against the socket. I went and brought a US charger in the end and that was fine.

Love Love Love Laura, her energy, her personality! She was a joy...The home was very nice, needs some upgrading though but overall very cozy. The chef was amazing!!! Food was delicious and never disappointed. Very convenient to everything.
Needs some updating on the carpets and bathrooms; starting to show a lot of wear. Even though it is an older house, it really needs to upgrade those items.

Was a really awesome location in Downtown Napa. Room sizes were quite large and beds were comfortable!
Our room was very close to the breakfast service and unfortunately the innkeeper’s heels were quite loud walking around so it woke us up on multiple mornings. The biggest thing which impacted our stay is that there is too much pressure put on breakfast coordination and filling out the form for breakfast. The woman who organizes breakfast was quite confrontational and rude to us because we did not fill out our breakfast form and did not want breakfast. She made us feel uncomfortable and made snippy comments that were rude towards us, over BREAKFAST! It was just a bit much, I think being more casual and flexible could go a long way for them and their guests experience.
