We had a great time and the condo was very nice.

It was a nice condo, good view, clean, good parking, nice pool and beach access.

The only issue we had with the unit were the blinds in the master bedroom, they allowed too much light to come through in the morning, so it was hard to sleep in.

Absolutely loved the view from the balcony, got best of both worlds with the Ocean to the left and the Bay to the right. The outdoor area was big and the pool was amazing!

The condo could have been much MUCH cleaner. I would be upset if I had to rely on others to clean a place I was renting out because they clearly could care less as where I’m sure the owners would have it properly prepared. There wasn’t any paper towel, only one roll of toilet paper, no dish soap and the laundry pods were old. I understand I am to bring my own extras but they said it was supplied with the basics to start off. No dish rags or sponges. One tiny little skillet that looked like it was about 10 years old…only pots which wasn’t convenient. Some silverware looked like it wasn’t washed at all, some was even rusted. The oven mits we’re very dirty. The silverware drawer was pretty much broke it was so hard to slide shut. The dishwasher had old water in it that smelled terrible. The sliding screen leading to the balcony had a whole in the bottom of it. The pull out cot/sofa mattress was awful you could feel every spring it had in it very uncomfortable and noticeably old and worn out.

Only good thing was the location

couldn't sit on the island stools, some kitchen cabinets didn't close properly, the beds were the worst beds we have ever slept on. The beds were too low to the ground, the pictures from two different postings showed different beds, none of the beds matched up. The mattresses were the absolute worse to sleep on. Wifi never worked.

Superb

The view from our room was amazing ! The condo was spacious, it was clean. Some furniture was on the older side but it was a cute set up. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room didn't have curtains or blinds in the living room. Which is big, sometimes I like privacy. It looked like there was something there at one point. (in the photo there was) I noticed all other rooms did have some..

Loved the location. Easy access to local amenities. Parking was nice and easy to understand. Liked having security. Pool was clean.

The chair leg on living room was broken. The microwave doesn't heat on any setting. Kitchen chair is broken. Sliding doors: blinds are broke and missing several pieces. Closet door didnt stay shut since there was absolutely no hardware. Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Floors were filthy, sand everywhere; including all over the furniture.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. I did let the company know that the dishwasher was not working and the shower was very slow to drain. I would encourage the owners to come and paint it to make it look cleaner. I can tell the cleaners have cleaned it, but it could just use a fresh coat of paint. The location is what made it so great for our family. Thank you! :)

Would stay again

Great location, the staff that you did see where very nice and polite. Easy access to the beach and pool as well as grocery stores.

There's no actual front desk so if you need something you can't just call. There's also no direct line so if you do have to call you get a third party customer service.

Worst stay in Ocean City

The location and the pool. Secure with keypads.

The air conditioning did not work and no matter what we tried to set it too it remained at 76 or 77. The bathroom was moldy and the shower drain was very slow, to the point you had to limit the shower to less than five minutes or your standing in a full tub. Rust was everywhere! The glasses were dirty with lip smudges still on them, we bought plastic wear to use since it was all dirty. Couch was dirty and oily from previous guests either body or sunscreen. The two beds were very uncomfortable, extremely squeaky to where it would wake you up if you moved and the pillows smelled horrible The door knob is pretty much busted and a struggle to open. Almost got towed because no staff to issue a parking pass until half way through second day. Charged $40 for one night of parking.

Thermostat didn't work, clogged drain in bathroom, smaller than appears in pictures.

We would love to stay at this location again.

The place was clean and very well decorated. The location was great!

The kitchen pots were dirty and we were not able to use them because there was food on them from before.

Pleasant

The view was amazing. The room was very spacious and fit my family and all of our baby items.

The beds are very uncomfortable feels like you’re sleeping on a floor. The room was also covered in sand when we arrived. Little shards of glass were also on our floor.
