Amazing historic property walking distance to literally everything in Newport. The room was super spacious and we loved having two bedrooms and a wide open living area with kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were super clean. Breakfast each morning was perfect start to the day and we loved eating it on the front terrace.
The windows need curtains or darker blinds - the rooms got super bright at 530am when the sun came up.

Good location, and the property was clean.
The breakfast is definitely over rated and the basement room for breakfast wasn’t a hit. The patio was better but after day 1 we got coffee/brekkie elsewhere.

Bed small and uncomfortable air conditioning very noisy. Curtains hanging off hooks to many things with lights on them so room not dark
