Mostly everything
Breakfast was a little chaotic the first day.There was one teenager working, and no food or coffee available. There were probably 15 people standing around waiting and no to help the guy. The second day was better as they had two people on.

The Bellevue House was in a great location for us. We did the Mansions tour and the Sunset Cruise while we were there, ate at great restaurants and attended the International Tennis Hall of Fame induction. Everything was easy to get to and the city is beautiful. Breakfast was great everyday and the staff was efficient, friendly and helpful.
This is not really a complaint. We knew before we booked our room that it was going to be pretty small for all of us, but the staff did the best they could with furniture layout! We did need more electric outlets with everyone's chargeable accessories.

Was not aware the room was on the 3rd floor no elevator.
