The hotel’s location was excellent. Samantha was very kind and welcoming, and she even let us check in early. We really appreciated her hospitality and had a great stay.
In August, the weather is very hot. Since there was only one air conditioner in the living room, with limited cooling control, the bedrooms became quite warm. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to find reasonably priced hotels with air conditioning in Switzerland.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aparthotel Hugenschmidt.
We are a family of 4 with two young children, and this apartment is perfect. Great location in Zurich (6-7 minute walk to the lake, lots of good restaurants nearby and 5 minute walk to Co-op supermarket). Has parking, air conditioning (in living room) and laundry room.
Most importantly, the owner (Sylvia) is very friendly and helpful. She made us feel at home!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and her hospitality really made our trip special. Everything was well organised, and we would definitely stay here again.

The owners are very friendly and gave me a free upgrade. The room is clean and smells nice (there is reed diffuser on the washing basin), and bedsheet looks like brand new.
