Nice hotel and facilities. Breakfast was great too!
There was no one at the reception when we arrived. Also we received a room without an extra bed although we requested it ahead of time. We were given a different room eventually but only after several hours of frustration. Several guests who arrived after us had issues with their cards and couldn't access their rooms. There was no one there from the staff to help them

Great secluded location
No actual staff was available to check in. The person at the desk when we left barely made eye contact and did not acknowledge our presence, stay or departure.

Conveniently located rural location just 20 minutes walk from the centre of Astigarraga.
Spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable bedrooms with character.
Generous breakfast with fresh organic produce.
Olatz, the multi-lingual hostess, was friendly, efficient and very accommodating before and during my stay.
I recommend Sagarlore without hesitation to individuals and groups alike.
There was nothing to dislike.

Great access to the Petritegi Ciderhouse
Swimming Pool was out of order and had been out of order for a while and were not informed of this before booking or given a partial refund. Outside area could do with modernising (very tired seating).
