Set amid a private vineyard property on 7+ acres in the eastern hills above Sonoma this three-bedroom, two-bath home with a pool and hot tub offers serenity, privacy and all of the comforts of a wine country get-away. This home is a perfect place to gather your family or simply relax after a day of sight-seeing or wine tasting. This eastside property is just minutes from the Sonoma Plaza and Napa. This single-story home is perfect for indoor/outdoor living with ample room for lounging, dining and enjoying the private and shady grounds. The front porch overlooks an expansive lawn and the charming back deck is a lovely place for a summer barbecue. SPECIAL FEATURES INCLUDE • 7+ acres of privacy on hillside vineyard • Black bottom pool with views of hillside vineyard (Can be heated to 80 degrees - Pool Heating fee applies) • Hot tub & in grounds spa • Central Air Conditioning • Fireplace • 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a pull-out sofa • Master suite with king, television and private bath • Second bedroom with queen bed • Third bedroom with queen bed • All bedrooms have doors leading to outdoor patio • 2 full bathrooms with up-to-date fixtures and finishes • Large, fully-equipped kitchen with 6-burner gourmet stove and upscale appliances • Comfy large family room with flat screen tv, dvd and fireplace • High Speed Wireless internet • Private, large, flat grassy front yard with hammock, old-growth oak tree and seasonal creek • Extensive outdoor seating and dining areas • Gated entrance • Five minute drive to Sonoma Plaza **Discounts for stays over 5 nights apply automatically. **Inquire about our deepest discount on monthly rentals! **Certain times of the year, the house is priced at slightly lower nightly rate to allow smaller families to enjoy the property. In these cases, the price of the nightly rate will increase slightly the more family members join - we will provide linens for the fold out couch accordingly. Please ask if you have any questions. Please note: *There is a 3 night weekend min stay required Spring & Summer months *There are absolutely no Weddings/Events/Parties allowed *Sonoma County Quiet hours 9pm-9am (which is strictly enforced) *No music allowed outdoors- this is a Sonoma County Rules for all vacation rentals *4 Additional Guests allowed to visit between the hours of 9am and 9pm (these times defined by the County of Sonoma) *8 Guests MAX allowed after 9pm. *3 Cars MAX allowed at ALL times *Sorry no pets allowed. SPECIAL: All adult guests at our vacation rentals receive a complimentary Sonoma Valley Wineries Passports providing access to discounted tastings at 30 Sonoma Valley Wineries (some exclusions apply). Many wineries charge $35-$50 per person for wine tasting, so the savings add up quickly. ** WOOD VALLEY RANCH is a WORKING vineyard. Therefore there will be visits by the Vineyard crew. They park off to the side and manage vineyards on an "as needed basis" - always staying in the vineyard. During harvest the crews increase, but in general they are on property once a week. Please be aware of this and don't book this property if you're not comfortable with this situation. ***Although this is a NO PET property, the owner has a golden retriever and sometimes visits the property. If you have dog hair allergies please be aware of this fact.

We were all so happy here, loving the BEAUTIFUL peacefulness of the vineyard surrounding and the many outdoor and indoor areas to lounge around. The house furnishings and the kitchen were perfect! It was the perfect kitchen and dining area for our Thanksgiving dinner. We didn't want to leave! Already planning a stay during the summer.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. It was very peaceful with beautiful surroundings, but it was also a quick drive in to town. We had a few questions after we booked, and the Property Manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in wine country but wanting to be close to town!

This property served as a perfect "home base" for our family group of five adults as we toured wine country. It was quiet, well located and comfortable. The pool and spas were nice additional features. We were a little disappointed no one was working in the vineyard while we were there, but it created a wonderful environment nontheless!

We had an amazing experience with 2 other couples. The outdoor areas are amazing and the property is beautiful and peaceful. The house is well taken care of and a relaxing haven to curl up with a nice glass of wine.

Property was very nice. But. We came to the house with a dead bird in the living room. Not a good first impression. Garbage disposal did not work. Hot tub tripped off. Other than that, very nice place.

We were a group of 6 high school friends reuniting 30 years later. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The beds were great. The grounds were jaw-droppingly spectacular. The goats next door were adorable (and chatty!). We enjoyed the pool very much. We have only good things to say about this rental. We would return if we were a smaller group. There is one king bed and two queens, and for us, it was a little tight. There is also a fold out couch and another couch that one could sleep on, so it was more about us not wanting to share beds than a lack of places to sleep. But I would love to come back with my immediate family to enjoy the phenomenal grounds and lovely house. We had a magical time. I would highly recommend this property. Just stunning.
