Newly renovated and stylish design in the common areas, food is really good albeit overpriced.
Overall there is the ambition to be a wellness hotel but lacks too much. Service is incredibly slow and uninterested, the wellness facilities are limited (e.g. rooftop spa has one finish sauna and one pool - that’s it). Many small details are missing (e.g. stylish gents washroom but no paper towel or handdryer or anything to be found anywhere). Overall the hotel is too expensive for what it offers - I’d rather spend 50% more per night and get a proper wellness hotel or spend half the money and stay at a “normal” hotel.

Amazing spa facilities (multiple pool and sauna zones for different moods), the rooftop pool and rooftop sauna. Breakfast was very delicious as well. Great view to the mountains from the room (got upgraded to a better room) while being super quiet during the night.
Some saunas were off in the early morning

In beautiful mountains, great for outdoor walking or cycling, gorgeous design and quality food and wine. Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating
The kids club we had hoped was running wasn’t on, despite us being told it would be. Certain pools and spa access wasn’t open at times it could have been which didn’t make sense to us. Also the bedroom was super hot and we couldn’t figure out how to cool down the room!
