About this hotel
Meudon, a stunning Country house and Beachside hotel nestled in nine acres of gardens, sweeping down to the property's private beach Bream Cove, think mid-century glamor dialed up against a Cornish coastal backdrop, all retro charm and confident colo.

The breakfast was really fresh and tasty.
The hotel grounds and gardens were lovely with lots of wildlife and walks. The beach was also really lovely and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There didn’t seem to be enough staff to cover the dinner service, reception and bar in the evenings as there only seemed to be 2 members of staff to cover everything and we felt sorry for them. They were very friendly, professional and apologetic.

The gardens are stunning, think Jurassic park planting.
The shower seemed to have a mind of its own and would trickle intermittently.

Lovely place, beautiful gardens and great access to the beach. The hotel decoration is also very nice!

Location & easy parking
Tired, needs redecorating & new carpets, bedding & pillows. Hotel understaffed and rooms could be cleaner. Such a shame, the potential is huge.
