About this villa rental
Located in Alacantí, this charming villa for $404 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. A spacious, contemporary villa with 4 large bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 1 family bathroom. All bedrooms have king-size double beds. The two master (en-suite) bedrooms are on the upper floor with patio doors accessing a large roof top terrace with sea views. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the lower floor with patio doors leading to their own terrace. The living areas are large with modern furniture and fittings throughout. There is a large dining table and L-shaped leather sofa in the main living room along with a dining table and chairs on the outside terrace. The whole interior and exterior patio area flooring is locally sourced marble and there is a 9m x 4.5m private pool with extensive sunbathing terraces. The villa is a short walk from the main square of Coveta where you will find a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. The tram stop is even closer by. The sea is at the bottom of the road and a small beach is within walking distance. La Coveta Fuma: La Coveta Fuma is a small village between Alicante & Benidorm, just a few minutes’ drive from El Campello with its stunning palm lined promenade, excellent bars and restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches. Visit the fantastic marina and the lively fish market. Coveta Fuma has a well stocked supermarket and a good selection of bars & restaurants in the village square. It has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, but is far from being remote, in fact the main scenic coastal railway linking Alicante in the South to Denia in the North is just a short stroll away. Fast, reliable and gloriously cheap, the views are breathtaking; passing through countless towns & villages, Villajoyosa, Altea, Calpe... Alicante: Accessible in only 20 minutes by car or around 30 minutes on the tram, Alicante is a vibrant and very Spanish city with many unique qualities. It is one of the few cities in Europe to be on the beach! It has a fabulous marina with bars overlooking the fabulous boats moored there. There are lots of interesting shops including El Cortes Ingles which is Spain's principle department store. There are some fabulous restaurants that cater for all tastes and wallets. A visit to the area is not complete with a trip to the Castle of Santa Barbara which is located in the city center and has stunning far reaching views of the area. Also you absolutely must try and get lost in the winding alleys of the Barrios, preferably in the evening when there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants with people spilling out onto the street - great for people watching.

As a family we have stayed at a few villas around the El Campello area, this is the only one we have used more than once.
A beautiful villa that has an elegant yet homely feel. The furnishings throughout reflect the quality and care taken with making this villa so welcoming and comfortable.
The pool is perfect and provided hours of fun for the children.

Had a great time at the villa.Taxi from the village, who Daniel recommended worked really well both ways to and from the airport. The villa was lovely and clean, very spacious and very well equipped albeit the sun beds could do with being replaced as they have been repaired and were not brilliant, although usable. The pool was fantastic for us all but that was showing signs of wear and tear with some tiles missing and not all of the lights worked. Kathryn, a lovely lady, was always on call and gave us a lift to the supermarket on our arrival. The walk to the bars and restaurants is hilly and we felt not really worth the effort although you could get on the tram to them but we felt you’d be better off to go into El campello or Alicante which was lovely and not expensive to get to.
The villa is set in a quiet area and a car or using the tram would be advisable as there is nothing to do in the immediate area, perfect though if you want to get away from it all.

The layout of the Villa is great with really good amenities but unfortunately there is much that needs attention, the sun beds are barely fit for purpose and need replacing not repairing! Some of the pool surrounding paving is coming loose and are a potential hazard. On arrival we needed to do a bit of a clean as we had very young children with us. The most disappointing element was how very isolated the location is, there are spectacular views but nothing accessible near by, not an area for the infirm, the tram close by was not an easy walk but was our saviour, even though getting on a tram was quite a challenge with two buggies as they were always rammed. We made the best of it and did have some quality family time. This was our first Villa experience so maybe my expectations were a little to high.

A great week was spent in the Spanish hills. Casa Limon has everything you need for a great stay. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and the warmest of pools. The tram was an extra bonus and we used it to get into Alicante for dinner at Thai Corner for a fantastic meal.

Lovely spacious villa for a family of 7 adults. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Daniel was a great host, very helpful and responded to our enquiries very quickly.
The tram is very convenient, reliable and easy to use and is just a short walk away. If you plan on using the tram then it is worth buying the travel card from one of the stations for €2 as this makes each journey in the same zone just 40c.
There are nice restaurants in Coveta Fuma but a larger selection in El Campello just a short tram ride away.
Overall a fabulous place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Limon!

Had a great week! Villa was perfect for us (4 adult couples) and had everything we needed. Peaceful area with easy access to Alicante & El Campello on the tram which was frequent & cheap. Some great golf courses within 30 mins drive. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The villa was lovely, although it does need a bit maintenance done on it I.e lights on the pool and a few tiles missing getting into the pool.
The location, there are a few big hills going to the village, so if you haven't got a car expect to get those steps in. There is also not that much happening in the village and most of the bars look closed, so a bit disappointing after such a long walk.
The tram was very convenient and very cheap, my partner and I went to Benidorm a few times and loved it!

Lovely property, beautifully decorated and everywhere was spotless. Host was extremely helpful to us, especially as one of our party had an unfortunate accident during our holiday.
Location is great - taxis easy (although some find the villa tricky to locate - dropping a pin seemed to work) and 20 min walk to a few eateries. It was quiet, but we were off-peak season.

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped. We were a party of six adults aged from 57 to 75 and we had a lovely time. The villa is about 5 minutes walk from the tram stop and 15 minute walk from a shop and few bars, restaurants. It is quite hilly terrain but manageable. The tram is brilliant and gives easy access to a variety of resorts along the coast.
The owner, Daniel, was very responsive and helpful. We all enjoyed using the pool, there are plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Inside the furniture is comfortable with everything you need for a home away from home.

Well looked after property that has helpful hints in where to go . The listing was really accurate and Daniel helpful . We had struggled to find a place that would accommodate teenagers ie need to have space, separate rooms , separate bathrooms ,great WiFi and a pool. this house was well stocked and the lemon tree was in full bloom with beautiful lemons dropping each day . Coveta Fuma is a quiet village and is very hilly and suited us well . The tram stop was about 7-10 minute walk away and really regular . We would come back again as this a well maintained property in a lovely area with a good host. Would recommend.

Such a comfortable, modern and large villa - this is the nicest villa we’ve ever stayed at. Well equipped with everything you could need and very well decorated and furnished. Great outdoor space and we loved the pool. The location is very handy for the tram (we travelled with a 3 and 1 year old) and it was an easy walk. The villa is fantastic. It is spacious and all the rooms are well proportioned. There is a well equipped kitchen and large dining tables both inside and outside for group meals. The pool was most welcome and much used. The tram stop is about 5 minutes walk and the trams run up and down the beautiful coastline. It is a really good base for exploring the local beach resorts including San Juan, Villajoyosa and El Campello as well as days out in the city of Alicante. Casa Limon is a real gem of a place.

The villa had everything we wanted, four large bedrooms, a kitchen will all the facilities and a very comfortable lounge. The pool was fabulous and we spent many hours swimming. The villa is in a great location and we would definitely stay there again. Daniel, Kathryn and the pool man were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you Daniel for a lovely holiday.

Had a fantastic holiday at Casa Limon. We were a party of 7 adults. The pool was absolutely fabulous and the villa is very spacious and in a lovely location. Tram stop was very handy, being only a 5-10 minute walk away. We didn’t hire a car although it would have been useful for the shopping but we managed on the tram between the 7 of us. Just one thing to be aware of though, check the times for the last tram (which we didn’t do) as it is quite difficult to get hold of taxis at short notice! Luckily, one member of our party was able to speak a little Spanish which helped. We went into El Campello and La Vila Joiosa a couple of times both in the day and at night. Eat at some lovely restaurants, El Travieso in the square at Coveta Fuma was excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit to Vila Joiosa, with its narrow streets of brightly painted houses and lovely beach. Communication with Daniel was excellent. He was very quick to answer any questions we had before our visit and was always on hand if we had any problems whilst away although we didn’t need to contact him as everything was just perfect. Because we were on a late flight home, he went out of his way to arrange for our suitcases to be collected from the villa so we could enjoy our last day and arranged for transport to the airport. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely go back. Thank you Daniel for sharing your lovely villa with us.

Searched for a long time to find somewhere with 4 double bedrooms and no bunk beds! This meant everybody was happy with their spacious accommodation! The property is really nicely finished and is well equipped. The pool is glorious and it was so nice to have a sea view both from the pool and the massive upstairs balcony. We made great use of the tram stop's proximity to the villa and can recommend the beach at Villajoyosa and eating out of an evening at El Campello. Alicante itself is also well worth a visit! All in all, a great base for a very enjoyable family trip!

Our stay here with 5 women was incredible. The villa is spacious, super clean and close to the tram that takes you anywhere along the coast. We really enjoyed our stay and the contact with the owner was so smooth!

Very quiet at night for sleeping and a great location. Cannot fault it in any way and would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay for all ages
The accommodation was wonderful, spacious, really clean and lovely decor, plus well equipped. The pool is a great size and really made the holiday for our children. We couldn’t fault it.
Any queries/issues were responded to/dealt with immediately and both Daniel and Eve could not have been more helpful.
