The location was very good, the personnel was really helpful and the rooms were clean
The AC of a different room was located directly just behind our window so when some people turned it on, it was really loud and hard for us to fall asleep :( it was getting quiet late at night after a couple of hours but it was the same each day and we found it really disturbing :(

Very friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. The property is in the city center. Busses and metro is very near just walking distance. Restaurants & grocery stores nearby. The price is very reasonable. The only thing that's missing for us is the electric kettle because we love our coffee after waking up. Other than that it's perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

The location was excellent — all the main attractions and must-see places were within easy walking distance.
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience staying here. The noise insulation was extremely poor — every time someone in another room flushed the toilet, the sound was so loud that it felt as if it was coming from inside our room. Because of this, we were unable to sleep properly throughout our stay.
The room itself also had a very small window, which made the space feel dark and claustrophobic. In addition, the photos on Booking.com were quite misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition and atmosphere of the room.
Overall, we do not believe this hotel offers good value for the price paid, and we would recommend looking for other accommodation options in the area. The only positive aspect was the convenient location.
