Great location, handy for walking into Wimbledon and local restaurants, bars, shopping. It's a family-run guest house so everyone was very attentive and friendly, and very amenable to check-in/out times. Nick also allowed us to store our luggage for a short period of time while we did one last walk into Wimbledon Village before leaving. Had a very comfortable night's sleep - bed was great.
The decor was tired but other positives outweighed this minus.

Friendly and helpful host, great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants and tube station, pretty front of house, beautiful sash windows with gorgeous shutters that opened wide for lots of fresh air, tea/coffee facilities, comfy bed with big tv.
Liked everything apart from the scorching hot shower!
It would have been absolutely perfect if we could have had a bath and option of cooked breakfast but thats just our preference.

The welcome on arrival was very friendly and helpful. Everything worked and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is good, with coffee shops and cafe's across the street and Wimbledon center a 10 minute walk away.
My room was right at the top of the house, which meant I had to carry my cases up two flights of stairs - this was no problem for me, but something visitors should be aware of. We were in the middle of a heat wave, and the combination of being on the top floor and limited ventilation (sash windows would only open about 15 cm) meant that the room was always hot. The owners had provided a fan which definitely helped, and obviously are not at fault for the weather.
