Excellent stay. I really enjoyed all the different coffee drinks, juice, water and snacks offered when we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and the parking was conveniently close.
Despite some negative reviews, my experience was completely positive. Good, discounted rates. The host was very kind, professional, and very responsive.
I would definitely stay here again.

I did not eat breakfast there! I LOVED THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH! SO LOVELY! SO MUCH BETTER THAN LOS ANGELES’ BEACHES! THE ROOM WAS GREAT! I REALLY ENJOYED THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY! THE VIEW WAS ALL LUSH, GREEN GRASS & ROLLING HILLS AND ACREGE WITH MORE CHICKENS, HORSES & COWS! I LOVE ANIMALS! THE POOLS WERE JUST AMAZING! I also ENJOYED THE HOT POOLS! THE LIVE MUSIC EACH EVENING THAT I WAS THERE WAS EXCELLENT!
Adjacent guests slamming doors! On the last & final day of my stay / visit adjacent neighbors were LOUD! SLAMMING DOORS REPEATEDLY! SPEAKING REALLY VERY LOUDLY IN THE HALLWAY DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF MY DOOR! THE SECURITY GUARD WHO RESPONDED SAID THAT HE NEVER HEARD OR SAW ANYONE IN THE HALLWAY EVENTHOUGH THE RAUCUS WAS HAPPENING AS WE SPOKE!

The room and property were nice. The advertisement was false regarding prices.
The place cost double what it was advertised. It said there was a free shuttle - we called to schedule and they said there wasn't one. We rented a car instead, and had to pay a ton for parking, which it said was also free.
