It is situated right on the edge of 'Los Mojones', the most exclusive part of the Old Town, and centrally located just behind the 'Biosfera' shopping centre. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has all mod cons to make your holiday a relaxing one. Set in landscaped communal gardens, it boasts a lovely large patio/dining and BBQ area, and the complex pool, kiddies pool and pool bar are only 50 mtrs away. Buses and taxis are all very close by. Within close proximity are the shops, supermarkets, chemist, bars and restaurants of the famous 'Old Town' harbour of Puerto Del Carmen, where you can find anything from Irish bars with entertainment, local Spanish fish and tapas restaurants, or even our local fish and chip shop! The local beach 'Playa Chica' is only a few minutes away, and the main beaches and boulevard is only 5-10 minutes walk.

A very chilled 2 weeks staying at this property, the weather was fantastic and we made good use of all its outdoor facilities. Bobby the owner is an extremely helpful person and I am quite sure we will be returning to stay in the near future.

A great apartment tucked away in the old town. Not fancy and not all sparkly new but everything was modern, clean and worked perfectly. The complex has an intimate, peaceful, tidy atmosphere. The pleasant pool area and bar are close by. The large balcony is a little overlooked by other properties but not too bad at all considering the central location. I would definitely chose this property again for a holiday in Lanzarote.

Both the inside and outside areas are very large and the apartment benefits from not being attached to any other properties above, or below. Local facilities are also a good mix. The communication from the owner, Bobby, are spot on.

This is a large apartment with a sunny balcony in a quiet complex. The swimming pool is a good size with a nearby pool bar. Everything you need for a lovely holiday is within walking distance. For example, plenty of restaurants around the harbour and the supermarket 5 mins walk away. Bobby was quick to reply to our emails.

Lovely large 2 bed apartment. Close to the really good pool, which has a handy bar area for a quick sundowner and simple meals and a short walk to the local harbour and loads of restaurants etc. Super-dino shop and chemist just up the road. Hopefully booking again.

Location so good. Apartment had everything we needed. We had problems finding the key to access the gate when we arrived, but it was soon sorted. Taxi did not know the apartment when we gave him the name, as it is named different outside. Recommend going to the new town, only 4 euros in taxi, so plush. Supermarket nearby sells everything you need, there is also a Lidl not far away.

The apartment is wonderful is. Excellent location. The large veranda is perfect. Bobby is a great landlord. He made sure that our stay was comfortable. We would certainly like to return.

Communication with Bobby was excellent and he arranged access to the apartment around our arrival and departure times. Beach towels provided which was great as we travelled with only hand luggage. Apartment is spacious with a large terrace with no noise at night. We enjoyed the location and the restaurants by the harbour.

Really good size apartment in the old town, with a large terrace that catches the sun all day. Cleanliness was an issue for our stay but the owner assured me this will be rectified. No air con but there are ceiling & portable fans available. Location & terrace made up for any issues

Lovely clean 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment, with very spacious private balcony which easily accommodates 4 sunloungers and round table with 4 chairs. Apt located in old town area of Puerto del Carmen in the Colina del Sol complex which has a lovely pool. Plenty of bars restaurants and a supermarket right on doorstep. Large shopping centre only 5 mins walk away, Great communication from Bobby the host who provided free beach towels on request, which was great saving on weight in small cabin case for our short break! All in all had a lovely relaxing break and wouldn’t hesitating on going back. Thank You Bobby xx

Had a great week at the end of May, beginning of June. Communication with Bobby was spot on. We arrived a little early, but no problem and was able to get in the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a brilliant balcony/terrace with enough room for sun beds and a more formal dining set. The whole apartment is well equipped, so feels a little more homely than others we have stayed in. Location is great, bars and restaurants on the doorstep and only a few minutes walk into the heart of the old town or the strip. Would we stay again? 100% yes. Would we recommend to family and friends? 100% yes. Overall a wonderful stay, with nothing to complain about!

Stayed at Bobby’s apartment for 9 nights in May. We have stayed here before and as last time apartment was clean tidy and ready for us to move into. The apartment is literally one minute walk from the pool and snack bar. Situated in the old town it is just a few minutes walk from a fantastic selection of restaurants bars and cafes and of course the lovely harbour. There is a supermarket one minute walk away that caters for all your needs. Communication with Bobby was excellent as on our last visit. He always messages you on arrival to make sure all is ok. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Just want to say many thanks Bobby, we had a fantastic time……Carla Alistair and Stacey.

We had a very pleasant stay over the Christmas period, with fantastic weather.The property host/owner was extremely accommodating, as we arrived a day early due to airline issues. Property was very clean and tidy, even had a festive touch with a Christmas tree and Prosecco.Would recommend to anybody looking for a break, there is a large sun terence, that benefits from the sun, all day long.Simon

Spent 10 nights here for a bit of winter sun and couldn't have been more comfortable. Although there were just two of us, the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults with plenty of space. The apartment is on the bottom end of a quiet, secure, gated development. This makes it far more convenient for access to nearby bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within just seconds walk. There is also very easy access to the site's bar/restaurant and terrace.Everything that you would need for a pleasant stay is provided. We went with just hand luggage in the knowledge that a washing machine and beach towels, hairdryer, iron etc are provided.As other guests have mentioned, the large terrace sees the sun all day. 4 sunbeds are provided in addition to a BBQ and outdoor dining table for those al fresco moments.The bed was comfortable, a second bathroom a big bonus and there was lots of draw and hanging space.The apartment had everything we wanted. The port area was nearby, the strip about 10 mins away (allowing pleasant walks to Matagorda (4 and a half miles away) and easy access to the very pleasant cliff walk to Puerto Calero.Communications with Bobby were easy and friendly. I would certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! Check in was very easy, it's easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants, but still lovely and quiet.The balcony get the sun all day and plenty big enough! The shared pool area is lovely and clean, with a bar/restaurant for drinks and snacks during the day.I would definitely return. Thanks Bobby!

We enjoyed our stay here, the large terrace got the sun all day and was a great place to chill out. The complex is close to the port and has several bars/restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.Taxi fare was €17 from airport and €15 back.The resort is hilly and there are steps up to the apartment, this wasn’t a problem for us though.Would definitely return.

The apartment was clean had lots of things extra like ping pong table, bbq, excellent pool access, but the only thing that let it down for us was no air conditioning, it does state there is now but I thought there would have been more fans, there are ceiling fans but when it’s blowing hot air that’s just so hot all the time it’s so hard to sleep, it was 20 degrees at night when we where there so air conditioning would be amazing! All in all it was very good, might seem like a little thing not having air conditioning but there was no fans either, you have to hire those, slightly disappointed.
