Beautiful views across the valley, very good food available for Breakfast as well as Dinner. The staff were exceptional, very good at dealing with any enquiries and in particular being flexible with my spa booking.
I would have liked more elements to the spa, the sauna and steam room were quite small in relation to the number of guests who were accessing the facilities.

Such a lovely, calm, chilled and friendly vibe. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous food & cocktails. Decor is quirky and fun.
Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Good spa facilities. Nice room. Old-fashioned but OK, as it is a converted farmhouse. Very quiet, good parking. Felt safe.
Unable to sit and do some work on the laptop, and no chargers in the socket. Perhaps a small table to place a laptop and do some emails. You need a mobile phone to order your drinks by the poolside, when there were attendants there who were not busy at all.

The grounds and location are really nice
It felt a bit run down, and the rooms were way too small, another hotel with a poor layout, toilets by the bed with very little privacy, I absolutely hate hotels that have these layouts, a bathroom should not be close to the bed and if it is, the toilet should be away from the door.
The bed was comfortable, the pillows were shocking, the room was a bit run down.
Hot tub was a nice addition but it wasn’t very warm, also we had outdoor seating but no cushions on the chairs so that wasn’t very good.
Some nice touches like free pick and mix, but in the building we were in there were no cups to put the sweets in.
Also no cups with the water.
Spa was average - really messy on the deck, lots of used towels on loungers, and lots of dirty cups, glasses and food plates lying around (not just the spa area, outside on the terrace, and inside in the lounge area.
The food in the restaurant was good and service very good.
My biggest gripe and it left a bad taste was that upon checkout i was asked to pay for dinner - We paid for it in the restaurant the evening before, which the staff member at the front desk had no idea this had happened, and the requested a bank statement/ proof of payment for the dinner! Which I found very insulting as their system was the problem.
Would I go back probably not. It was overpriced and underwhelming.
