The property includes 1-car attached garage and sizable rooftop with Downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier views. The house has efficient radiant floor heating and tons of natural light! This charming and relaxing Lower Capitol Hill urban oasis in the heart of the bustling city is less than a mile away from Downtown Seattle and Seattle U-district. Close to many tourist attractions the city has to offer. Short walk to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail spaces. Easy commute to Downtown, Capitol Hill, I-5 and I-90. Pratt and Spruce park within the neighborhood for easy access to outdoor fun. Close to bus routes 27, 980, 4, 48 & 8. The first floor includes access to the garage and first bedroom. The second level features kitchen, living and dining areas. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas stove top, center breakfast bar island and plenty of cabinet space. The second level is completed with hardwood floors throughout, guest bathroom and floor to ceiling windows in living space. The third level includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master bath features rainfall shower head and tile flooring. The private rooftop has impressive views. Washer + Dryer included in the home. No smoking. No Pets. • Local resident restrictions apply. Great three bedroom home in Seattle. The rooftop had great views. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would stay here again in the future.

Listing was not as depicted, furniture and bedding was not the same as posted in the pictures and the bedding and furniture were stained and dirty. We would not recommend.

it was a nice property and in a great place. the furniture - dinning room chairs - need to be fixed or replaced, i am a 250lb man and i could not sit in the chair in the living room it was breaking under my weight. it was not clear as to what to do with the trash. biggest issue was the parking the minivan we had was not easy to park in the garage.

Space was clean and comfortable. Had some minor inconveniences with maintenance type stuff, but would stay there again. Area is fine. Neighborhood is quiet, within walking distance of some restaurants and an Amazon fresh. Rooftop views were great, would have been able to enjoy it much more if the weather cooperated more. HAHA

This place is in a great location. Easy to get around via uber. We weren't able to park in the garage, but a sexy small car and better driver might help. Everything was clean and communication with Hosteva was easy and efficient. Ikea may be a sponsor! Lol.

The place looked exactly as it was listed and we really enjoyed the view from the rooftop! The only complaint I have is that the doors squeaked loudly. So when someone woke up before everyone else we all heard it. Other than that it was perfect!

Great for Games!

Six adults, a toddler and an infant comfortably made this place home for two days when we came to Seattle for a baseball game. Positives were that it was super easy to get to SafeCo field, we were able to cook most of our meals in the kitchen with the supplies provided and we enjoyed the roof top deck in the evenings. A small draw back was gauging the temperature inside. There are no windows to open so the space became stuffy fast. We'd usually have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn the AC units on to cool the rooms down. It doesn't seem like there is anything else the owners can do about it, I believe it's just a dysfunction of the design. There weren't any grocery stores within walking distance but we found a Whole Foods that wasn't too long of a Lyft ride away. The Broadcast Coffee shop at 20th and Yesler was awesome - great coffee and delicious pastries. Another positive - the beds had 100% polyester sheets - they were so soft! For a quick weekend out of town to catch a baseball game, this place was great.

The folks in charge of the booking were great to work with and available with any questions we had. The neighborhood is great and the location is central for pretty much anything you'd want to do in Seattle. We'll stay here again. Our only two complaints were that parking in the garage was a challenge (We rented a minivan and the driver had to exit via the passenger door) because it is small and hard to get into. With a little practice it was fine. The other issue is that the air conditioning is NOT central air; they have three window-type units (Each bedroom upstairs had one and one more in the family room). The bedroom on the garage level was really hot at night but they do have a bunch of fans there for use so it wasn't a deal breaker, just not as comfortable as central air.

Very clean, modern house, with a lot of stairs! The roof top area was fun. Plenty of room for four couples. One couple had to sleep on the air mattress in the living room but it was actually as comfortable as the beds. Uber ride to Safeco field was only about $8. The sun rips in the windows in the morning so if you like to sleep in, this might not be the place for you. We had to park two cars on the street, but didn't have any problems finding a spot. We had a great weekend! Oh, if you put the address into your GPS, it won't take you to the house.

Loved that the location was close to many activates, sites. Modern and clean. The living room furniture and the beds were not top quality. Would have slept better in a hotel, but overall was pleased with the cleanliness and location.
